		<description>Funny you mention the food in the heat. I too found the same thing when I moved down unda: It&#039;s hard to eat in the heat when you&#039;r doing physical activity. But if you don&#039;t, well then you get in bad shape surprisingly quick. So the moral is: Eat, drink, and be merry!
